We have been out inspecting waterproofing for bathrooms and laundries this week. We came across a common issue.
The photo indicates that the timber wall at the opening has not be properly sealed. The wall is to have a water resistant substrate then a bond breaker then waterproof membrane.
Let’s just say this inspection did not pass.
