We have been working with our client and council to fix up the footpath to allow direct access into the building from the street meeting the access standards (AS1428.1).
This photo is part of a frame inspection. Interestingly frame inspections are not mandatory for this type of building for certification purposes but we always go above and beyond to ensure our clients get the best possible service before, during and at completion of construction.
