A client recently asked our opinion about the likelihood a residential type DA would be approved. It was a common type of application that we knew would not be approved by Council. So, we advised them we not want to waste their money as we did not think it would be approved.
Our advice shocked them and they advised us that several other consultants said, ‘yes it should be fine’, or ‘let’s give it a go’.
